Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

In case the product is damaged, we request you to get in touch with us with the next 48 hours to start processing the cancellation or return. We will require a box opening video and photo of the same in order to process the request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a company policy we do not provide refund/exchanges on any product once sold since we follow the Made to Order format.

Only in case the product received is damaged, a refund is provided on provision of an unboxing video from start to end without any edits or cuts.

Customer will have to submit the same to us on our Instagram DM (@pinkirijaipur) within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

Once acknowledged by the Pinkiri team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Pinkiri will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

REFUNDS:

In case the shipment is lost in transit, we would be refunding the full amount to the customer.
RTO SHIPMENTS:
In case the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to incomplete/ wrong address or contact details or if the customer fails to receive the parcel after 3 consecutive attempts:

We would reship the parcel but cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.

We will be able to resend the parcel only once we receive it from the courier company and this can take anywhere between 5-2- days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pinkiri and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
MY GARMENT DOESN'T FIT ME, WHAT CAN I DO?

We make the garments as per the size and height (which is a mandatory field) provided by the customer, hence no replacements are possible. However, we keep enough margins in all our garments that you can easily alter it.
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT?

Exchange/Returns are not accepted if customer does not like the material, look or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Pinkiri as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
